Track EVERYTHING consistently. RECORD EVERYTHING. Not what you think you should eat don’t omit the cake and keep the kale. Use a scale be precise. Pay attention to labels and portion sizes. Eat more whole foods. Eat less processed foods. Cook your meals. Don’t move on until you do. ———– Then focus on how much your consuming by setting a caloric limit. Weight loss is the result of a caloric deficit. Burn more than you consume and you will lose weight. Try to eat the same amount of calories every day. Don’t worry about timing or carbs or fat. Just set a realistic limit and stay within 150 calories of it. Consistency not perfection focus on your 7 day average being at the limit instead of nailing it everyday.
