Example: Diet. Your diet didn’t fail you. Your metabolism isn’t broken. You aren’t consistent. You don’t succeed at “diets” i.e. track macros keto SAD Atkins IF or Paleo if you don’t count calories and you can’t count calories if you don’t pay attention to everything you put in your mouth. ———– First become more aware of what you put in your body with a food diary. Track EVERYTHING consistently. RECORD EVERYTHING. Not what you think you should eat don’t omit the cake and keep the kale. Use a scale be precise. Pay attention to labels and portion sizes. Eat more whole foods. Eat less processed foods. Cook your meals. Don’t move on until you do. ———– Then focus on how much your consuming by setting a caloric limit.
